Tomato Powder

Rodolfi Mansueto S.p.A. has been producing and supplying the tomato powder for over 30 years. Our modern systems for the production have been designed accurately and they are updated continuously.

    We have two main production processes for the tomato powder:
  • a very modern spry-dry nitro-filtermat system
  • a traditional roller system

Rodolfi Mansueto’s system is one of the biggest spry-dry filtermat systems in the world for the production of tomato powder, and can produce any type of vegetable powder. This system is superior to the traditional powder production system, particularly regarding the taste and the colour of the final product.

    By using this system it is possible to obtain two different products:
  • cold break tomato powder;
  • hot break tomato powder.

Semi-Finished Tomato Products

Rodolfi Mansueto S.p.A. produces a wide range of semi-finished tomato products for the food industry, with high qualitative standard and a high yield.

    The available semi-finished products are:
  • chopped tomato
  • passata (brix 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%)
  • semi tomato purée (brix 12%, 14% and 16%)
  • double tomato purée 28%, 30% hot break and cold break
  • Triple tomato purée 36%, 38% cold break
  • Pizza sauce 8% - 12% - 14%

All semi-finished products are packed with modern aseptic systems, which allow the product to have the best physical and chemical characteristics, packed in an aseptic bag inside a drum of 200 kg or inside a cass pallet of 1000 kg.
